Govern every
identity / human or not.
SlashID resolves every account and non-human identity to a person or an owner, puts an AI explanation and recommendation on each line item, and turns every decision into an executed revocation. Just-in-time access for people and machines keeps standing access from growing back.
Every decision time-stamped, attributed and exportable.
Spreadsheet reviews are theatre, not control.
Reviews fail for three reasons. Reviewers can't read the entitlements, so they approve everything. Line items reach the wrong person, because nobody has linked the accounts to a person or the service accounts to an owner. And a revoke becomes a ticket that never closes, while standing access builds up again before the next quarter. SlashID fixes all three on one access graph, with usage, peer comparison, risk and lineage on every line.
Resolve, scope, decide, close the loop.
Every reviewer sees the context that makes a decision obvious.
Each line item comes with a plain-language description of the access, its impact on the graph, usage recency, a peer-group comparison and an AI recommendation with its reasoning. Low-risk, well-used grants are pre-certified automatically, so reviewers spend their attention only where it changes the outcome.
Resolve identities
Accounts are linked to the people behind them, and non-human identities to their owners, before anyone reviews anything.
Scope from the graph
Target users, resources, apps or non-human identities by filter, graph query or detection. The scope is a live query, not a frozen export.
Decide with AI context
Managers and owners review across levels, with deadlines, reminders, escalation and an AI recommendation on every line.
Remediate & prove it
A revoke runs a remediation action or workflow. Its status is tracked per item and lands in the evidence trail.
An analyst on every line item, not a rubber stamp.
/Access, in plain language
Every entitlement is translated into what it actually lets someone do, written in a technical or business voice depending on who is reviewing. Nobody has to decode a role name again.
/Impact, not just a name
The model reads the outgoing edges in the access graph to describe blast radius and downstream reach, and compares each grant with what the subject's peer group holds, so an outlier looks like an outlier.
/Recommendations with reasoning
Approve, revoke or unclear, always with its reasoning. When evidence is thin, the model says unclear instead of guessing, and it never reads missing activity data as proof that access is unused.
/Reasoning tuned to the asset
Fifteen type-specific reasoning frames cover groups, roles, secrets, keys, data stores, mailboxes, apps and non-human identities. Role fit is judged from title and department. Names and emails never reach the model.
"access": "bigquery.dataOwner" "means": "read, change, delete and share finance datasets" "impact": "14 tables · 3 exports" "used": 143 days ago ← primary signal "peers": 2 of 41 in team ← peer group "verdict": "revoke" "why": "dormant owner-level access to finance data"
Review the person, not fourteen disconnected usernames.
/Every account tied to a person
The HR record anchors each person. Accounts across your applications are linked to it by deterministic matches first, then by AI scoring. Accounts that no HR record vouches for are flagged rather than ignored.
/Confidence you can audit
Each scored match keeps its evidence: the attributes that matched, the reasoning, the model and an input hash. Admins accept or reject matches, alone or in bulk, and every link change goes into an append-only audit log.
/Owners for non-human identities
Service accounts, API keys, app registrations, bots and AI agents get business and technical owners. Ownership comes from manual assignment, from AI that reads closed ServiceNow tickets, and from app imports, ranked by provenance.
/Reviews land with the right person
Line items route to the HRIS line manager, the business or technical owner, then the creator, then a mandatory fallback. A non-human identity never certifies itself, and gaps in ownership are reported.
Close the loop, then stop standing access coming back.
/Revocations that actually execute
A revoke can run one of 160+ remediation actions across AWS, GCP, Azure and Entra, Google Workspace, Okta, Active Directory, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow and Slack. It can also open a Jira or ServiceNow ticket, notify someone or call a webhook. Execution status is tracked on every item.
/Event-triggered micro-reviews
A workflow step can open a focused review of one person when a detection fires or a lifecycle event lands, deduplicated per trigger. You certify continuously instead of once a quarter.
/Joiner-mover-leaver automation
Lifecycle events, detections and scheduled graph queries trigger workflows that chain conditions, approvals, tickets, Slack and email notifications and remediations. Reusable role templates handle birthright access, and offboarding runs automatically.
/Just-in-time access for people
A self-service catalog with multi-stage approvals by managers or owners, plus reminders and escalation. Grants last from one hour to 90 days and are revoked automatically at expiry. Break-glass grants and approver delegation cover the emergencies.
/Just-in-time access for non-human identities
Service accounts and agents request access through the same flow, with the same approval, time limit and automatic revocation. No machine keeps a standing grant just because nobody remembered to remove it.
/Smaller reviews, every cycle
Self-review lets account holders surrender access they no longer need before certifiers see it. Time-bound grants expire on their own. Each campaign starts with less to certify than the one before.
Legacy IGA lists access. Spreadsheets hide it. SlashID explains it, owns it and closes it.

Certification campaigns
User, resource, app and non-human identity campaigns. Multiple review levels, each with its own mode, deadline, reminders, escalation and default outcome, on a recurring schedule.
Self-review
Account holders surrender access they no longer need in a pre-certification stage, so certifiers start with less.
Access requests & catalog
Catalog entries, bundles and entitlements with approval chains, automatic provisioning and manual fulfillment tasks tied to tickets.
Lifecycle automation
Joiner-mover-leaver workflows driven by HR and directory events, with birthright role templates and automatic offboarding.
Least-privilege right-sizing
Right-sized policies and permission-boundary suggestions for AWS, GCP and Azure, generated from the permissions that actually go unused.
Dormant & orphaned access
40+ governance detections, including stale and never-used identities, orphaned accounts and resources, apps without owners, access before approval and self-approval.
SoD & toxic combinations
Separation-of-duties violations and toxic permission pairs, including SAP S/4HANA and Oracle EBS and Fusion catalogs, flagged in-line before they're certified through.
Audit-ready evidence
Immutable, time-stamped decision logs mapped to SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA controls, with the remediation that ran, exported to your GRC tool with one click.
100+ connectors
Cloud, SaaS, directories, HRIS and ERP, including Workday, SAP and Oracle, plus custom apps over CSV or SCIM.
